7th Grade
Pick-Up in Front of the Junior High
- Pick-Up Lanes:
The two inside lanes are designated for student pick-up. The outer third lane is for drive-thru only.
- Loading Zone:
Students are not allowed to load behind the white load zone. Please do not encourage your student to enter your vehicle if you are not in the load zone. This can confuse them, as they want to follow your instructions but also need to follow school rules.
- Pulling Up:
Cars in the front should pull to the end of the walkway load zone. Your student will move parallel to your position in line. Once the group is loaded, cars will exit, and the next group of cars will move forward.
- Safety Procedure:
Students must remain on the sidewalk in the white load zone until the whistle is blown, signaling that it is time to load. The whistle will only be blown once all cars have pulled up and are not moving.
- Post-3:45 Pick-Up:
After 3:45 PM, students will move to the breezeway to await pick-up.
Rainy Day Procedure:
In case of rain, the load zone will move under the awning area.
8th Grade
Pick-Up in Front of the Band Hall (3:30 – 3:40 PM)
- Forming the Line:
Please form a single line of vehicles starting at the concrete area closest to the Band Hall.
- Release Time:
8th-grade students will be released at 3:30 PM to this pick-up area.
- Exiting the Area:
Once your student is loaded, please exit through the stadium parking lot.
- Post-3:40 PM Procedure:
After 3:40 PM, any remaining students will move to the breezeway in front of the Junior High for pick-up.
Rainy Day Procedure:
On rainy days, students will wait inside the Band Hall. The monitor will call for students as vehicles arrive.
